We do not collect payment information, government ID, or any special category data through this form.

We use the information you submit solely to:

• Respond to your enquiry and discuss the services you have asked about
• Keep a record of the conversation, for our own reference, if we begin working together

We do not use this information for marketing, and we do not sell or rent it to third parties.

Cookies and analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this website, including page views, scrolling and outbound link clicks. We do not load Google Analytics unless you choose “Accept analytics” in the cookie banner. If you choose “Reject”, analytics will remain off.

Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies. It is not used to collect the name, contact details or message you enter in our enquiry form. You can review your choice at any time:

Who we may share it with

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your enquiry may pass through the following parties solely for the technical delivery of the form to us:

• Netlify, Inc. — our website hosting provider, which processes and delivers form submissions to us as part of hosting this site.

If your enquiry relates to our travel & lifestyle service and you go on to instruct us, relevant booking details may also be shared with our licensed travel partner solely to arrange the service you have requested.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and, if we begin working together, for the duration of that engagement plus a reasonable period afterwards for our business records. If your enquiry does not proceed, we aim to delete it within 12 months.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Ask us to delete your data
• Object to how we are using your data
